Simply order your products in our webshop. After submitting your order, you will receive an automated PRELIMINARY order confirmation. We will check if all ordered goods are still in stock and send you a final confirmation by e-mail. In this final confirmation you will also find the payment info.

All prices are incl. Dutch VAT and excl. other levies and excl. shipping costs . In case the delivery address is outside of the Netherlands, the buyer is reponsible for eventual required taxes and (import) duties.

Shipping rates within the Netherlands:

1. Orders over EUR 250,00 - Post & Handling free (TNT Parcel Services) - Netherlands only !!!
2. Rembours (cash on delivery): 0-10Kg = Euro 12,75 and 10-30Kg = Euro 18,95. Next day service (not on Saturdays).
3. TNT Parcel Services: 0-10Kg = Euro 6,75 and 10-30Kg = Euro 12,95. Product will be shipped when money is in. Next day service (not on Saturdays).
4. Orders fitting in mailbox: Postage rates (should not be thicker than 3.2 mm, ie. magazines, etc.)

Delivery times are only applicable if the products are in stock. Transport damage and failures should be reported within 24 hours.
